Sushi Ippachi

Ippachi - widely considered one of the most expensive and the place to have sushi. ULTIMATE FAIL considering how bloody expensive it is and how hyped it is. Father snob and me realised that one of the sushis which had a liberal dose of wasabi was indeed not fresh, damn those fucking bastards. Don't bother going there if ure looking for sushi. My brother did say that the kyoto style sushi was okay. After Ippachi, ive vowed never to eat sushi again in Indonesia. Im just utterly dissappointed.

However there was one saving grace, the white fish sushi, i think it was halibut or something. The rest just tasted awful.

But one thing's for sure, the range of fish they have is really one of the best i've seen so far.

Maybe sashimi here is okay

On a side note, while in Singapore, i had to go and get my sushi fix, but the problem lies with the fact that i went in the morning, and thats where the reasonably price set lunches came in, it cost me 40 and i had sushi with some tempura. The sushi was ok at best. I shan't complain since if i wanted to have good quality sushi i should have gone at night, or not order the sushi set.
